- Unique old map, from beginning of 19th century. Chart of the world on Mercator's projection. Superb antique, sepia colors, perfect accuracy of the very rich content. Circumnavigations with rich notes from captains logbooks (marked voyages of James Cook, Vancouver, Columbus....). On the map is written where&when James Cook was killed, when Van Diemen's land was discovered, and many interesting notes while observing oceans on the great voyages, Africa's and Australia's inland were still mostly unknown areas...still mysterious world...

This is amazing! Truly a piece of art. The detail of the map is fantastic. It's a bold statement piece which will spark conversations about history, and travel. Blaze is great. He was excellent at communicating every step of the way. The shipping was FAST. From Slovenia to Seattle, WA, USA. The packaging was very secure, and the map arrived flawlessly. If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would! We love the map! I suffer from pretty bad buyers remorse on just about everything I buy and never once have I felt like that with this map! Every time we walk buy it and stop to look at the details we think how cool it is! The shipping was super fast I even got it before a few other things I ordered around the same time! And these guys were so helpful in answering all of our questions! Even helped us determine the best way to hang it! Highly recommend!!
